Connection Services has a fantastic opportunity through our technical staffing division in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst. This is a long term contract opportunity with potential hire.


Assist with the day to day IT support of Windows 7 to Windows 10. The ideal candidate will have hands on expertise with Windows 7 and 10. Provide clients with status updates. Experience with ticketing software in a medium/large company for internal employees (3,500 users).


  • Solid 1-3 years of phone support level I expertise required.
  • General hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Image PCs and software.
  • Document changes in AD, and/or database.
  • Good end-user skills, customer service skills a must.
  • Upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 experience.
  • Document changes in AD, database including Windows and Desktop and Laptops
  • Perform equipment moves, application software installation, and data migration services
  • Troubleshoot hard and software issues based on priority
  • Network printing, assisting remote employees.
  • Basic Office 365 knowledge is a nice to have.
  • Mac experience a plus not a must
