Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) is looking for a Help Desk Analyst for its Los Angeles office. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience working with clients, attorneys and staff at all levels. A high degree of professionalism and customer service skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities, are required. Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Office 2010/2016 is required. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required. BS/BA degree preferred. Law firm or professional services firm experience a plus.
Responsibilities will include recording user requests, remote debug and troubleshooting, technical documentation and firm-wide rollouts. Other tasks include laptop, desktop, mobile device support and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
